THE BIGGEST AWARDS EVENT FOR WOMEN’S COLLEGIATE SPORTS HEADS TO NYCNovember 29, 2023Chris Voelz, Executive Director of the Collegiate Women Sports Awards (CWSA) presented by Honda, announced today the relocation of the two-day Honda Cup event, the most prestigious award program for women’s collegiate sports in the nation, to New York, N.Y. The CWSA Board of Directors Executive Committee unanimously approved the recommendation to move the event starting in 2024.

Caitlin Clark Wins Honda Cup; Named Collegiate Woman Athlete of the YearJune 26, 2023Caitlin Clark (West Des Moine, Iowa), a junior guard from the University of Iowa basketball team was named the Collegiate Woman Athlete of the Year and presented with the prestigious Honda Cup during the 47th anniversary broadcast of the Collegiate Women Sports Awards (CWSA) show presented by Honda on CBS Sports Network, in the Pauley Pavilion Club on the campus of UCLA. Honda has served as the program’s presenting sponsor for 37 years.
