Carol Stiff was appointed President of the Women's Sports Network on October 23, 2023. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Programming & Acquisitions at ESPN, where she worked for over 30 years, beginning in 1990. Throughout her tenure at ESPN, Stiff was instrumental in the growth of women's sports programming, including NCAA women's basketball, NCAA championships, the WNBA, and professional softball, among others.
In her role as President, Stiff is responsible for leading the strategic direction and continued growth of the Women's Sports Network, overseeing content development, and managing relationships with key leagues and athletes. She had previously served as Chair of the WSN's Board of Advisors, providing guidance and expertise during the network's formative years.
A resident of Farmington, CT, Stiff is also a proud mother of two.
