Bio
The 2009 winner of what was then known as the Honda-Broderick Cup is University of Georgia gymnastics legend Courtney Kupets, a member of four consecutive NCAA Championship teams during her collegiate career. Her individual NCAA titles are numerous as well, including the all-around, bars and beams in 2006, the vault in 2007, bars, beam and floor in 2009. But Courtney was winning medals long before her illustrious college career, as she claimed a Gold Medal at the 2002 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships and two Olympic medals in 2004 incluidng the Silver team medal and the bronze medal for uneven bars. She later served as the head coach at her alma mater from 2017 to 2024.
